Assist in preparation of Notices U/S 13(2), 13(4) etc. and personal services of the same.

Preparing draft of Abridged 13(2) Notice, Possession Notice, and Other Notices required for publication under the Act.

Identifying and locating the borrower / co‑borrower / guarantors and their properties.

In required cases assisting the bank in acquiring smooth possession of the Mortgaged assets by obtaining CMM / District Magistrate permission for Police help U/S 14 of the Act.

Preparation of Panchnama & Inventory at the time of taking Actual Possession of Stock, Machinery and Immovable.

Arrange Valuation by your approved valuer.

Arrangement of Identification and Demarcation of mortgaged assets by the competent authority.

Prepare Draft of Tender Notice for Auction / Sale

Arrange Auction and find Buyer(s) for the Re‑possessed Asset(s).

Initiate all necessary steps taken under the Act for early realization of the Outstanding Amount.

Specialized Re‑Possession team for Re‑Possession of Vehicle.

Recovery of unsecured NPA Accounts.
